All sessions involve exercises such as star jumps, press ups, sit ups, shuttle runs, log press etc.
Format will be similar to other Boot Camps except this is delivered by genuine ex Military commandos!!!

Each session is £4 to none members and £3 to Ateam Fitness members.
Membership is £20 July to July. (This excludes NNA which is £4 to all)
Once you are a member to Ateam Fitness you can take advantage to our monthly payment schemes:
3 sessions a week £30
2 sessions a week £20
1 session a week £12
Unless you attend a Boot Camp run by X Commandos and Paratroopers you will not get a work out like this…….fact.
